To identify Mentors from among experienced NACADA leadership to guide Emerging Leaders through a two-year leadership development program as they grow in their leadership in the association. Sponsors provide feedback regarding emerging leaders demonstrated proficiency in the topics covered. NACADA promotes and supports quality academic advising in institutions of higher education to enhance the educational development of students. Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses, but food and lodging costs are covered by the program fee.
