We deleted the app the same day we thought we canceled the membership. There is no other way to contact customer support except the email link on the app. Our daughter enjoys the toddler area and feels special to have her own area just like her big brother! Still no response. The thing she likes most is the daily drawings. It also dont sync properly across all their apps as advertised. I bought Karielle the Junie B. Jones series and she finished it in about half a year.

The whole idea would be how can we keep the kid locked into the more educational parts and give the parents a way to get to what they need with some additional steps the kids cant overcome. I turned it on and handed over the iPad to my then two year old girl. We are disappointed, if it wasnt for this technical issue and lack of communication this app would get 5 stars from us. iOS is always up to date and the delete/reinstall never works for us. This app makes it easy to track progress and display achievements. Otherwise eh its nice. I emailed support and I never got a response on how to fix it or to help me figure it out. Please fix! There are much better learning apps that dont require 100% adult involvement. So I signed up two days ago and this platform is brutal. ****Update: A year later after cancelling THEY CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN! We pay for it, and the bundled apps work occasionally, but says we dont have a subscription in the main app (and sometimes in the bundled app) even though my card is charged every month. It isnt eligible! Overall I am just not feeling like she is learning very much and I think she just breezes through. Definitely not worth it my kids stopped playing and deleted it off their devices and I forgot to unsubscribe in time. It is very frustrating for me and my kids just use other apps now. As soon as application is offline it never comes back to life :( needs to be deleted and reinstalled ;( way over priced, Every interaction takes seconds to respond. My son cannot move past this skill even though he knows how to do it because the game wont let him enter the correct answer.
