I spent my 50th with family and a couple of friends. We will be back!!!! Great location and house. I was sick for days after leaving, I so hated leaving. We would love for you to come and stay with us again soon. We cant wait to return! So when we found this beautiful, well maintained house on the market, we just had to have it. My wife and I are planning on bringing my two boys back to IOP this summer and will look at Gigis Beach House as an option again. This stunning vacation home is a 3 minute walk to a very quiet section of the Isle of Palms beach and the Ocean Point community pool complex, which features a swimming pool, hot tub, cabana & spacious sundeck. Steven. This is a great home to experience relaxation, fun, and beauty of the island. The proximity to the Wild Dunes Links golf course and driving range was ideal. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times. The main living space for Gigi's Beach House is an open floor plan layout on the second floor with hardwood floors, crown molding and bright windows & doors opening to a full back porch overlooking the golf course and community lake. This house is the nicest beach house we have ever stayed in. The elevator was a welcome addition for my 70 year old parents. There were 9 of us.
The staircase in the living room on the second floor takes you downstairs to the first floor, where you will find a bedroom suite with two queen beds and private porch, a laundry room and another staircase that takes you to the open game room below. - Several separate seating & gathering areas, including the living room, dining room, game room and three back porches, for your family & friends to both enjoy one another's company and spread out for some time on their own. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay. Prior to your visit, we will send you our mobile app with directions and full instructions. We had always dreamed of owning our own beach house and this house in Pelican Bay is just perfect. I give this home 5 stars and will be back next time Im in IOP.
