Yes, there is a program that fits your needs. Im going to try Lift4. We love FOCUS T25 too, and you should definitely do that program in the future. Finally, dont forget to take before photos and measurements, because, to me, they are more important than the numbers on a scale and will give you a better picture of your progress. After doing this program, were noticeably more muscular, balanced, fast, and flexible. With that said, LIIFT4 is one of our favorite programs and is very effective.
